Bill Hill holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Intermedia from the University of Florida. He received multiple grants to support both educational infrastructure and independent research on the methodology of electronic media. His artwork has been exhibited internationally, as well as in galleries, festivals and museums throughout the United States.
